[Below is a letter we received from one of our valued customers.]

April 14, 2006

Dear Mr. Revell,

Please allow me a few minutes of your time to tell a story...

It is Christmas morning and our daughter and son-in-law handed us a package to open.  I told them to hand it to their Dad because I knew what it was.  (They had pictures made and framed for gifts).  I was shocked when my husband opened up a DVD of our wedding!  We have been married for a long time and our wedding was taped by a family member on VHS.  Our children had taken our VHS to you at Revell Media and had you redo it as a surprise for us.  The emotion Christmas day as we watched the day of our wedding.  Not only was the wedding there from start to finish but you had the DVD where we could go straight to the reception or, my favorite, the highlights.  You actually captured the most meaningful moments and set them to one of our favorite love songs!

I watched the DVD this morning from start to finish once again.  I still tear up as I see both of our Grandmothers (who are no longer with us here) sharing our day.  I know that I am going to have this to look at for the rest of my life.  I can't tell what that means to me.

I tell everyone I know what a great job you did and many have seen the quality first hand!  I continue to spread the word of how professional you are and how wonderful it is finding someone who obviously takes great pride in what he does!

Thank you Chris for giving us back one of the best memories of our lives.
